Items purchased from Fun Sporting Goods can be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the order. Customers MUST contact us at assistant@funsportinggoods.com for a RMA number before making the return. Products that have manufacturer warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to each return, and shipping costs are not refundable. Fun Sporting Goods accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your returns. Items must be in the same condition that the customer have received them in, must have all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must have the issued RMA number. Otherwise, the returned package will not be accepted. What is your return policy for defective items purchased from Fun Sporting Goods?
